"Cartel publicitario pintado al \u00f3leo sobre un tipo de jud\u00edas vendidas en la Casa D\u00edez Obeso de la calle Hortaleza de Madrid. Se trata de una composici\u00f3n sencilla y de car\u00e1cter un tanto ingenuo y muy expl\u00edcito, acompa\u00f1ada de amplias leyendas como corresponde a la publidad de la \u00e9poca. El caballero de la izquierda se atraganta comiendo unas jud\u00edas de dudosa calidad hasta que adquiere las celebradas jud\u00edas y puede disfrutar de un buen plato, circunstancia que ocurre en la vi\u00f1eta de la derecha. En la vi\u00f1eta inferior, una pareja de agricultores comentan la escena anterior.\r\n\r\nLa casa D\u00edez Obeso fue un establecimento comercial dedicado a la venta de semillas situado en la calle Hortaleza que permaneci\u00f3 abierto desde 1881 hasta principios del siglo XXI.\r\n\r\nTextos y descripci\u00f3n extra\u00eddos de http://ceres.mcu.es"
